L ike many small time YouTube creators, I also got an email in January 2018 about changes to the YouTube Partner Program (YPP)  regarding changes new threshold of 4,000 hours of watchtime within the past 12 months and 1,000 subscribers. The revenue wasn't much but it was good to get some revenue from the little effort made in creating some videos. Unfortunately, my channel did not meet the subscriber threshold though watch time was alright. So, as per the new rules, monetization was set to be disabled. Read more »

Envision being a youthful English fellow of 12, moving to another house with your folks and finding a guitar. Nobody can reveal to you why it's there, it quite recently was so you begin to show yourself to play. And all since you didn't simply allow that guitar to sit unbothered, but instead you took it and made it your own. This is practically how Jimmy Page accomplished the significance that he appreciates today. He was conceived in England on January ninth 1944 and despite the fact that he took a few lessons, he to a great extent showed himself to play guitar, strumming along to the well-known hits of the day and making his own sound incidentally. Musically, he began as a session artist, playing when required and with whoever required him. He had a lot of credits that began to heap up en route playing on other band's collections, one of which was the mainstream Yardbirds. His companion Eric Clapton was in the band and when he exited, Page was made a request to join. At that point, in 1968 Led Zeppelin was conceived and they went ahead to offer more than 200 million collections and wind up plainly a standout amongst other offering bunches ever. They discharged nine studio collections and they all achieved the Top 10, six of them additionally went the distance to #1. Driven Zeppelin was a blend of hard shake and overwhelming metal, an incredible place to feature the guitar virtuoso of its establishing part, and they demonstrated that they had resilience, at long last separating in 1980 after the passing of their drummer, John Bonham. After this passing, Page would not like to touch a guitar once more, yet he obviously did after a period and spent the 1990's doing here and now joint efforts and free work like motion picture soundtracks (piling on significantly more credits that very few fans think about). Notwithstanding his melodic work, Page is likewise a donor and works with a few philanthropies to improve the world for others. He likewise holds the Order of the British Empire, one of the most elevated honors one can accomplish. Not terrible for a youthful person who began strumming on a discovered guitar each one of those years prior.

Health Care and Consumer Driven Plans

Health care in the U.S. continues to be challenged from every corner--including members from Congress, individual consumers, politicians at every level, business owners, and HR professionals. Many surveys have been taken to find out what are the most important aspects of choosing a plan that works best for the individual consumer. The selections are myriad when it comes to various parts of the country, the demographics related to specific regions, the costs associated with all the available plan designs, and a host of other criteria. Health Care and the Average Josephine

The Average Josephine in the America feels that health care is an automatically inherent right to be awarded simply because she lives in the United States. Merriam-Webster's online dictionary gives us the definition of what inherent means--"involved in the constitution or essential character of something : belonging by nature or habit." However, as much as health care has become the current political football this year in the race for the Presidency in 2008, we must realize that free or universal health care is not free. Someone has to pay for it, and the American taxpayer is the one on the hook to pay the bill. As I mentioned in the previous blog, health care is a privilege, not a right. Many people feel that they deserve to have some form of health care and not have to pay for it, or perhaps are entitled to health care at a radically reduced rate (if not free)--paid for by the government, such as Medicaid. One of the reasons that health care has become so outrageously e...
